Absolutely not - we start from where you're at, not where you think you "should" be.

    When you're training with me, there won't be any pressure, shouting or confusing fitness jargon being thrown around - we'll build a programme that's sustainable for you, and includes the exercises you enjoy progressing in.

I've used a personal trainer in the past and didn't like it - how are you different?

    In the free consultation and movement assessment, we'll have a quick chat about your goals and what you're looking to get out of personal training, and then do a couple of common exercise movements (such as the hip hinge) so I can assess your mobility and form.

    To train with me in-person, you'll need to sign up for a membership at OJ Gyms Southernhay or PFP Gyms Exeter following our consultation call.

    If you book a block of sessions and realise that this isn't right for you, I'll refund you any sessions you haven't used yet. No stress.
